Lincoln Vital Signs was initiated by Lincoln Community Foundation, along with leaders of Lincoln's largest public and private funders, to gather information about our city’s strengths and challenges.
Lincoln Vital Signs continues to be updated and serves as a starting point for conversations and connections toward the common goal of ensuring that Lincoln continues to be a vibrant city, providing an enriching life for all residents. It is a great community tool for grant writing and strategic planning.
